Motherhood is better together.

Connect with like-minded mums, build friendships, and feel supported in our facilitator-led groups.

Because every mum deserves a village.

The early months with a baby can be beautiful, overwhelming, and everything in between. Our facilitator-led mothers’ groups bring new mums together in a safe, supportive space where you can share experiences, build friendships, and gain confidence.

What to Expect in Our Mothers’ Groups

  • Small, welcoming groups

🤍 Come as you are and connect with mums who just get it. Our groups are a relaxed, judgement-free space where you can share the highs and lows of early motherhood—and build friendships that last long after the sessions end.

  • Guided sessions by experienced facilitators

🍼 No topic is off-limits! We talk about everything from baby sleep and feeding to your own wellbeing—because your needs matter too. With gentle guidance, we create a space where you can ask questions, share experiences, and feel supported.

  • A village that lasts beyond the sessions

👩‍👩‍👦 Motherhood is better with friends by your side. The friendships you make here don’t stop when the sessions end. Raising Mamas gives you a village to lean on in the months and years ahead.

Mama Love

  • I had been wanting to join one of the terms for a bit however the days didn't match my ability, until it did! I wasn't sure what I was expecting in terms of a mum group but this experience was so much more. I felt listened too, connected and informed. This was a MUM group for mums by mums and it was perfect.

    — Nicolle, Term 4 Mama

  • I highly encourage parents to sign up for a term of Raising Mamas. I completed a 0-5 months term and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The speakers all touched on relevant information for this age, and Kailah created a very welcoming, safe environment. This has been a highlight of my weeks for the past 8 weeks and made me feel more equiped for the challenges having a child brings. I have made some really close connections with local mums which I will cherish, and am thankful there are social get togethers so I can continue to meet local, like minded mums.

    — Mish While, Term 3 Mama

  • The Raising Mamas program has been the highlight of my maternity leave. At a time in your life when you feel overwhelmed with conflicting information and opinions, Kailah and her team provide a safe space to learn from local experts and meet like-minded mums. My daughter and I have made friendships that will last a lifetime.

    — Mama, Term 4 Feedback

  • A wonderful program that is so thought out and well facilitated. A great idea for new mums to learn about each step of post partum & meet other mamas. Motherhood is incredible but can be challenging and this course helped so much to know I’m not alone in what my bub is/isn’t doing and how I’m feeling. Can’t recommend this program enough - I’ve even dragged my best friend to additional workshops because I’ve found them so valuable.

    — Mama, Term 4 Feedback

  • Raising Mamas is certainly one of the highlights to our week! The Raising Mamas program not only provided excellent sessions from baby and health care professionals but also provided a more in-depth connection to like minded mamas that I'm sure will be long lasting beyond the program. Thank you Kailah for your hard work in creating such a safe and welcoming space.
